A home in Balmes where the kitchen with an island wrapped in veined stone, illuminated display cabinets, and gold fixtures becomes the social heart of the home, combining sophistication and everyday functionality.
The project is completed with bathrooms clad in the same mineral language and a bright living room with sculptural lighting and custom furniture for timeless comfort.
Full renovation with interior design and custom furniture that harmonizes a neutral envelope with noble materials: large-format veined porcelain, brushed brass profiles and fixtures, and glass display cabinets with integrated lighting.
The layout emphasizes the day area with a prominent island and full-height storage, while the living room and bathrooms maintain material coherence and warm lighting for an elegant and serene experience.
The kitchen is organized around a faceted island with veined stone countertop and front, hood clad in the same material, and a technical countertop with integrated cooktop for a continuous and clean work surface.
Tall display cabinets with dark glass and interior lighting showcase tableware and glasses, providing visual depth alongside sand-toned fronts and streamlined handles that reinforce the contemporary line.
The master bathroom mirrors the veined marble on floors and walls, with brass fixtures and fittings, transparent shower screen, and a white vanity with perimeter lighting for a bright and relaxing atmosphere.
In the living room, a sculptural lamp organizes the seating area over contrasting circular tables, while the curved sofa and light curtains enhance natural light and a sense of spaciousness.
Brass details, from wall lights to decorative trims, add warmth and material continuity throughout the home, highlighting the sophisticated character of the entire project.
