Pedralbes Palace · heritage splendor and artistic avant-garde.

A masterful rehabilitation in a historic Pedralbes estate, where the majesty of the original architecture dialogues with stainless steel, contemporary art, and the luxury of new wellness spaces.

This project is approached with absolute respect for the historic envelope. The home, a stately mansion surrounded by gardens, preserves its noble essence through the restoration of coffered ceilings, stained glass, and classic woodwork. The interior design intervention introduces a bold counterpoint: technical spaces with an industrial aesthetic and a vibrant art collection that updates the classic narrative, transforming the palace into a 21st-century home.

The noble areas impress with their scale and ornamental richness. The main living room and dining room are dressed with coffered wood ceilings and large crystal chandeliers, creating a palatial atmosphere softened by ochre-toned walls and stucco work. The grand wooden staircase acts as the backbone, connecting the levels with theatricality.

The kitchen deliberately breaks with historicism. Conceived as a gastronomic laboratory, it stands out for the massive use of stainless steel in islands and extractor hoods, which contrast radically with the original leaded stained glass doors and the fluid connection with the garden.
